David & Rebecca
David & Rebecca Williams
Founding Pastors, WellSpring Community

David and Rebecca met while students in college at Southern Nazarene University (1992, 1995) and they are grateful to God for the gift of 32 years of marriage and counting. Rebecca and David have been a ministry team since the beginning and have been grateful for the privilege of serving as full time staff in ministry for nearly 12 years of those ministry years.

Rebecca and David are a part of a team that make up the board of spiritual directors, providing pastoral oversight and living into the call that is WellSpring Community.

David and Rebecca enjoy one another’s company and their regular date night. They are the proud parents of their growing family: Caleb (Brittany), Joshua (Brittany), and Hannah (Elijah) and two grandchildren: Maker and Iris.

David Williams
Senior Pastor

David has been living into the call of God upon his life since he was 18 years old. He has served in full time ministry for over 25 years. He is the founding elder of WellSpring Community and the director of the WellSpring Community prayer room.

He has a passion to serve God’s disciple-making mission of sending love for the world, seeing others encounter Jesus in transforming ways, and fulfill God’s call that is WellSpring Community.

His joy in life are his relationship with Christ, his beloved spouse, Rebecca of 32 years, and his three gifted children: Caleb, Joshua, and Hannah and two grandchildren.

David enjoys a good cup of coffee and a good book. He also enjoys the outdoors and a leisurely walk in the community.

David’s theological formation began with the beautiful tribe of the Nazarenes and Methodists. He has been deeply touched by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit through the charismatic renewal movements in the earth today.

Caleb & Brittany Williams
Worship

Caleb serves alongside his beloved wife, Brittany, in the ministry of worship at WSC. Caleb is a graduate of Henderson State University (2017). And works full-time at Vintage Paris coffee shop in Hollister, Missouri.

Caleb's deep love for all things music began at an early age, forming a band with his friends. While he was in college, the Lord met Caleb in a profoundly personal way and he began to pursue the Lord's presence whole-heartedly by serving the Wesley Foundation as a worship leader. As he began to mature into the nature of his call, it has become more clear to him that the Lord has called him to be a prophetic worship leader and an intercessor missionary.

He desires WellSpring to have authentic heart worship that begins at the feet of Jesus in the posture of Mary (Luke 10:42). As the lead worship leader of WellSpring Community, in his own words, "I don’t think of myself as a guy that is on a stage playing songs (performing), but a Jesus worshiper that ushers God’s people into God’s presence where lives are transformed."

Caleb enjoys a robust social life with friends and family. He is an avid outdoors fan enjoying bike riding, camping, backpacking, and traveling.

Caleb and Brittany are blessed parents of their daughter Iris Jubilee and their pet dog Willow.
