David and Rebecca both received saving faith in Christ in the Nazarene Church. They met and married while students in college in Bethany, Oklahoma. David and Rebecca Williams have been a partnership in ministry since their marriage in 1992. David was privileged to serve in full-time pastoral ministry for seventeen years in the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Prior to that David was a student and pastor in the Church of the Nazarene for eleven years. Rebecca served on staff in the local church with David for a little over a decade of ministry together. Currently David and Rebecca are serving the WellSpring Community Church in Harrison as a pastoral team giving spiritual leadership and direction to the house of prayer, an independent Wesleyan faith community.
Rebecca graduated with the MBA in 2013 with an emphasis in Health Care Management and currently works for the Harrison School District as a School-based Social Worker and Community Liaison for homelessness.
David is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University (BA, 1995), Nazarene Theological Seminary (MDiv. 1999) and received further theological studies at Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Kansas (2002-2004). David did further studies in Fire School Ministries (FSM) under the spiritual direction of Rev. Dr. Rob McCorkle (graduate of United Theological Seminary). David was a reserve chaplain for the USAF for eight years.
David and Rebecca are blessed with three gifted children and their growing families: Caleb (Brittany), Joshua (Brittany), and Hannah (Elijah), and two precious grandchildren, Maker Woods and Iris Jubilee.
